About Thirsty Giraffe
As the first micropub in the Deepings, it offers a compact, conversation-led alternative to a larger traditional pub. The bar regularly changes its cask ales and also serves cider, continental lager and other specialist drinks. Customers may be allowed to bring in food from nearby takeaways, subject to the pub’s current policy, and live music or small events are advertised from time to time. It received the local CAMRA Town Pub of the Year award in 2024.
